Service, repair, and maintain a range of industrial cleaning equipment (mechanical and electrical).Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.Provide excellent on-site customer service, acting as the face of the business.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Manage van stock and ensure all tools/equipment are in good condition.Qualifications, Experience And Characteristics

Mechanical and Electrical skills proven fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair (not just mechanical).Field service/mobile engineer background comfortable working on customer sites.Experience with machinery or equipment ideally cleaning equipment, plant, materials handling, FLT or similar.Full UK driving licence.Confident and professional in customer-facing situations.Strong documentation and record keeping skills.Salary and Benefits

Starting Salary £38,760 rising to £40,000 (after satisfactory probation period and training accreditation).Performance Related annual salary increases.Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (minus 1/2 hour lunch unpaid per day).Overtime is available but not guaranteed.
