You''ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and breakdown support while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every time.This is a pivotal role where you''ll be at the heart of our operation, working closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to keep vehicles moving and service levels high.What You''ll Be DoingManaging all maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities across your region.Coordinating and scheduling Mobile Service Engineers to maximise efficiency and customer response times.Planning and managing service inspection and maintenance contracts.Taking customer calls and logging repair and breakdown requests.Monitoring engineer workloads and reallocating resources as priorities change.Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates on job progress.Working closely with Service Control Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, and Customer Service teams.Ensuring all jobs, service records, and documentation are accurately maintained within company ..... full job details .....
