You''ll have full responsibility for the region, with the autonomy to influence results and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.The Role of a Regional Sales Manager Take full responsibility for regional sales performance across the Northwest.Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed targets.Personally generate new business while managing and growing key customer accounts.Build strong, long-term relationships through regular face-to-face customer engagement.Identify underperforming areas and implement effective improvement strategies.Work closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance and report against KPIs.
