Regional Sales Manager - Travel Location - Reading - Covering the South East Region Salary - 60,000 per annum plus bonuses and additional benefits My client are a nationwide travel business providing coach and luxury tavel pacakges for a number of different Stakeholders and are looking at expanding their sales team with a Regional Sales Manager. Role Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven manager you will lead and develop sales operations across the London and Southeast region. This role is critical in delivering commercial growth, maintaining high client service standards and developing a proactive, target-focused sales culture. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate and manage a regional sales team to exceed revenue and conversion targets across all businesses Performance Monitoring: Oversee and analyse sales KPIs including conversion rates, private hire pipeline progression, and response times to quotations Sales Process Compliance: Ensure full adherence to group sales processes, including accurate quotation capture and follow-up Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new lines of business to grow market share across local region Team Development: Coach and nurture the sales team to enhance capabilities and performance in a target-driven environment Client Management: Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts and high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery Tender Management: Lead or support the renewal of ..... full job details .....
