Regional Sales Manager - South

Location: Home-based with regular travel across Southern UK (territory covering South Birmingham and below) Base: hybrid/home-based The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer within the electrical distribution sector. This is a key role focused on driving sales growth across Southern UK, with a particular emphasis on MV/HV product applications (11kv +) You''ll take ownership of a well-established territory, managing key customer relationships and day-to-day management of incoming enquiries and tenders, whilst driving conversion rates. In addition you will identify and develop new business opportunities and grow relationships. Working closely with internal technical, tendering and customer service teams, you''ll play a vital role in delivering ambitious sales targets and supporting long-term business growth. The Role Reporting into the Industrial Sales Team, you will: Manage and grow sales across an assigned Southern UK territory. Promote a comprehensive range of medium and high voltage electrical distribution products. Develop strategic relationships with both new and existing customers. Maximise opportunities within key accounts while identifying new business. Lead and support one Sales Engineer within the territory. Work collaboratively with Tendering, Technical and Customer Service teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
