Regional Sales Manager - Hampshire Based - South Coast Territory - Conveyor ChainsA new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the South Coast territory, including London. This position reports directly to the UK Sales Manager and is focused on driving revenue growth through a blend of new business development and strategic account management.Ideally, you''ll be based in Hampshire to sit centrally within the territory, but we''re also open to strong applicants based elsewhere along the South Coast who have a proven track record of successfully covering the region.You''ll be responsible for building a strong and sustainable pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and increasing market share across a range of industrial sectors. With an annual revenue target of around £1m, we''re looking for someone who has consistently delivered against commercial goals and understands how to grow a territory with intent.Around 40% of the role will focus on managing and developing existing accounts, ensuring customers receive a high level of service while identifying opportunities to expand revenue through established frameworks.
