Regional Sales Manager Location: SO/PO/GU Postcodes and 2 days per week in Andover officeSalary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Company Car/Car AllowanceHours: Monday to Friday, full-time Are you an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional who knows the construction or trade environment and is ready to take real ownership of a region? We''re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join a growing business within the construction sector. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers, developing relationships and identifying opportunities. This isn''t a traditional account management position where you simply manage an existing portfolio. You''ll be responsible for developing your territory, increasing customer engagement, supporting local trade stores and uncovering new commercial opportunities. We''re looking for someone with the energy and ambition to make the region their own - someone who can plan their week, get out in front of customers and take responsibility for their results without needing to be micromanaged.
