Regional Sales Manager - HVAC SolutionsMidlands and Central England Field-Based £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Benefits Are you an experienced HVAC, ventilation or building services sales professional looking for a role where you can take ownership of a regional territory and build long-term commercial relationships? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop sales across the Midlands and Central England for an established specialist supplier of HVAC solutions to the construction and building services sector. This is a predominantly field-based role, giving you the freedom to manage your own territory, develop customer relationships and identify new project opportunities. What will you be doing? You''ll be responsible for growing sales across the region, working with mechanical contractors, consultants, engineers and other key decision-makers. You''ll identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts and support customers with technically suitable solutions across a broad HVAC portfolio, including grilles and diffusers, VAV/CAV systems, fan coil units, air handling units, acoustic solutions, ventilation and bespoke engineered products. You''ll manage projects through the sales cycle, from initial opportunity and technical discussions through to quotations, negotiation and securing the order.
