Regional Sales Manager

Day to day as Sales Manager you will be : Overseeing and managing a team of up to 8 new businesses field sales executives covering the Nottingham/Leicester/Derby territory and surround. Dealing with KPI s and strategies to bring the best out of the team as well as recruitment and day to day reactive management whilst adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health and Safety regulations.
