Regional Sales Manager

Are you an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and customer relationship management? We are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier within the window, door and building products sector, who are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across an established territory. This is a key role with responsibility for revenue, margin, market share and business development, combining new customer acquisition with the growth and retention of existing accounts. The Role Develop and win new business opportunities across your territory. Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Identify opportunities to increase market share and profitability. Plan and manage your own sales activity, pipeline and customer visits. Deliver product launches, promotions and wider sales initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements. Forecast sales and provide regular updates on performance and opportunities. Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Sales and Operations. Provide a high level of customer service and resolve issues with urgency. Attend customer and internal meetings, exhibitions and industry events as required.
