The Job RoleA commercially focused revenue managerLead and support the strategy for two hotelsPrepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the businessResponsible for the strategy to drive rooms, MandE and leisure revenue within the businessAnalysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisionsReview business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets

The RequirementsPrevious experience in a revenue role within the hospitality industryThe experienced Revenue manager will update weekly forecasting and set appropriate strategiesUnderstanding of the local area and marketThe experienced Revenue manager will be able to implement agreed strategy and demonstrate tangible resultsThe revenue manager will have experience of producing rooms forecasts with the ability to maximise revenue
