Regional Retail Manager

Artis Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing lifestyle business as they continue to build and expand their retail presence across the UK.This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Retail Manager / Senior Retail Manager to join the business at an early stage of its retail growth.With further retail locations planned, this role will play a key part in helping to establish and scale the retail operation. You''ll have the opportunity to shape how stores operate, support new store openings, develop teams and drive commercial performance across the estate.This isn''t simply a role focused on keeping existing stores running. It''s an opportunity to join a growing business while its retail function is still in its infancy and have a genuine influence over how the estate develops.What you''ll be doing-Taking ownership of the day-to-day performance and operations across a growing portfolio of stores.-Driving commercial performance across sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall and payroll.-Managing and monitoring retail budgets and PandL performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.-Supporting the planning and delivery of new store openings, from operational setup through to launch.-Establishing consistent processes, standards and ways of working as the retail estate grows.-Leading, developing and supporting Store Managers and wider retail teams.-Creating a high-performance culture focused on customer experience, accountability and commercial ..... full job details .....
