Regional Operations ManagerSalary: £42,000 £45,000 per annumService Type: Supported Living Location: Multi-site around Chester and surrounding areaTravel: Regular regional travel requiredReports to: Assistant Director of Governance and OperationsThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living services across multiple locations in Cheshire and Merseyside.This is a senior leadership role requiring strong multi-site management experience within supported living or social care. You will be responsible for quality, compliance, financial performance, cultural leadership, and operational delivery across your region.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional LeadershipProvide clear, values-led leadership across all services within your region.Ensure high-quality, person-centred support that meets the expectations of people supported, regulators and stakeholders.Deliver regional performance in line with company KPIs.Take full financial accountability for regional budgets, working closely with central support functions.Contribute to organisational strategic planning and regional development plans.Ensure full regulatory compliance, identifying and managing risk in a solution-focused way, upholding duty of candour.Maintain oversight of organisational systems and ensure effective use across the region.Leadership and Management of TeamsDevelop and implement a robust regional workforce plan, including succession planning and ..... full job details .....
