Job Title: Regional Operations Manager - Midlands Location: Midlands Region Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Annual BonusContract: Full Time, Permanent SF Partners have partnered with an exciting leading business in the commercial vehicle parts and equipment supply and distribution sector, to recruit for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join them in supporting the operational and commercial performance across the Midlands. We are looking for people that are passionate about people, service and growth and can motivate and drive success and expansion across the Midlands. Key Responsibilities - Provide full operational leadership across the Midlands region, with accountability for people, customer service, sales performance, warehousing, inventory, fleet, delivery capability, and branch standards. - Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams, creating an engaged, accountable, and performance-led culture across the region. - Be visible within branches, understanding daily performance, resolving operational barriers, and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service. - Drive performance against sales, margin, contribution, service, and KPI objectives, identifying issues early and implementing practical improvement plans. - Work closely with internal and external sales teams to support regional growth, translating new opportunities into clear operational requirements and sustainable branch revenue. - Be customer facing in ..... full job details .....
