Focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality care, this is a key Head of Operations hire to spearhead the organisation''s growth in the region. About the Role As Northeast Head of Operations, you''ll primarily manage a group of elderly care homes to high standards. The Head of Operations will also contribute to future plans for supported living services, drawing on the group''s national expertise.
