You will be responsible for leading teams across multiple sites and will report into the Head of operations for the UK.As Regional Operations Manager - Dangerous Goods, your key responsibilities will include:Regulatory compliance, internal audits, maintenance programs, and product qualityEffective management across all sites through engagement and communication with staff and customersDrives productivity, data analysis, and decision-making to reduce lost productivity and under performanceOverall freight budget and decision making, utilising performance data to achieve KPIs and support business growth.Team recruitment, retention, development and trainingCandidates wishing to be considered should meet the following requirements:Hold recent Certificate of Professional competence in National Road Haulage Operations - EssentialDemonstrable experience of managing transport operations and dangerous goods operations - EssentialPrevious experience of Airside Operations - AdvantageousExperience with modern vehicle technologies - EssentialAbility to demonstrate influential communication skills - EssentialHigh level of computer literacy and data analysis skills - EssentialStrong demonstrable organisation and planning skills - EssentialUpon your appointment to the role of Regional Operations Manager - Dangerous Goods, you will receive competitive salary in the region of £60,000 - £65,000 + Company Vehicle and Bonus. ..... full job details .....
