About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Regional Operations Manager will oversee education catering contracts across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire from a St Albans base. This permanent, Monday to Friday role with Berkeley Scott carries a £55,000 salary, plus car allowance or vehicle and benefits. The successful candidate manages multiple school sites autonomously, driving financial performance, client satisfaction and compliance. Strong people management, budget control and self-management skills are essential, alongside a proven record of exceeding targets within contract catering. Regular travel between locations is expected, so a full driving licence is required.

My client is an established independent contact caterer, and is seeking to recruit an experienced Regional Manager for their expanding business in the education catering sector.andnbsp;

They are a rapidly expanding and successful company, and are seeking to grow their operational team in the South East

The right candidate will be able to perform in a fully autonomous role and be able to thrive in a role that requires high levels of self management. You will excel at exceeding targets and have excellent financial and people management skills.andnbsp;

You must have current Regional or Senior Operations Manager experience in the education catering sector over multiple sites, with a background of managing seniordirect reports, and with a real passion for food and service quality, including a strong knowledge of education catering management, client relationship building, people skills, financial acumen and measurable success history.andnbsp;
