Regional Managing Director

If you''re a Managing Director with extensive partnerships knowledge, or in a senior director position across technical, commercial, land or operations looking for their next Managing Director position, then this is definitely the role for you.

With a £1.2billion turnover and a pipeline of work for the next 7 to 10 years, this new Managing Director will inherit a great team, with support from group level and able to shape their team within a very decentralised cultured business and able to make decisions that will be yours and yours alone.

Duties include:

• Adept at strategic planning, financial management, and implementing robust systems
• Provide strategic direction and leadership, optimising processes to enhance efficiency
• Develop a comprehensive, long-term partnership strategy designed to scale product offerings, enter new markets, and drive incremental revenue
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders
• Spearhead negotiations for agreements, ensuring terms mitigate risk and maximise mutual profitability

Depending on the experiences and right cultured candidate, my client would look to pay up to £220k plus package and 100% end of your bonus.
