About the Role

The Regional Managing Director position in Birmingham is a permanent role offering £210,000–£220,000 per annum plus package. This leadership post requires extensive partnerships experience, or a senior director background in technical, commercial, land, or operations functions. The successful candidate will oversee a £1.2billion turnover business with a confirmed pipeline spanning seven to ten years. Working within a decentralised structure, you will inherit a capable team and receive group-level support, retaining autonomy over key decisions. Core duties include strategic planning, financial management, and process optimisation to boost efficiency. Developing a long-term partnership strategy forms a central responsibility. This position suits professionals ready to shape their own team and drive sustained growth.

With a £1.2billion turnover and a pipeline of work for the next 7 to 10 years, this new Managing Director will inherit a great team, with support from group level and able to shape their team within a very decentralised cultured business and able to make decisions that will be yours and yours alone.

Duties include:

Adept at strategic planning, financial management, and implementing robust systems
Provide strategic direction and leadership, optimising processes to enhance efficiency
Develop a comprehensive, long-term partnership strategy designed to scale product offerings, enter new markets, and drive incremental revenue
Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders
Spearhead negotiations for agreements, ensuring terms mitigate risk and maximise mutual profitability

Depending on the experiences and right cultured candidate, my client would look to pay up to £220k plus package and 100% end of your bonus.
