Role: Regional Manager - Face to Face Fundraising Salary: £30,000 £35,000 (dependent on experience) + bonuses (OTE £60,000+) Are you ready to recruit, lead and inspire fundraising teams while making a genuine difference? Wesser is on the lookout for talented face to face managers to drive the success of our fundraising operations across the UK. Whether you re an experienced manager in the Face-to-Face fundraising sector or a Team Leader eager to step up, we want to hear from you! As a Regional Manager, you ll build and spearhead our regional face to face fundraising operation, raising vital funds for our charity partners. This is a hybrid role with one day a week you ll be working from home, focused on admin, interviewing potential fundraisers and planning the week ahead. The rest of the week you ll be in the field with your fundraisers training, motivating and leading from the front to get the best out of your team! What We re Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of leading or managing face-to-face fundraising teams. Performance-Driven: A proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to hit and exceed targets. People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and active listening skills.
