Location: Southwest - covering Exeter, Somerset and DorsetSalary: £43,00 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentOur client is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to lead and oversee services and projects across the Southwest region. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing teams and operations across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and operational oversight across services in Exeter, Somerset and DorsetManage, support and develop regional teams to ensure high performance and quality outcomesOversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, regulatory standards and contractual requirementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, partners and commissionersMonitor budgets, performance metrics and operational risks across the regionParticipate in an out-of-hours on-call rota as requiredAbout YouProven experience in a regional, operational or senior management roleStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple sites and priorities across a geographically dispersed regionA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong decision-making abilitiesEssential RequirementsFull UK driving licenceAccess to your own vehicle (business insurance required for work-related travel)Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Southwest regionAbility to participate in an ..... full job details .....
