Service Manager Children s Residential ServicesStaffordshire Region Up to £60,000 + BonusesWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Manager to oversee a cluster of children s residential homes across Staffordshire. This is a pivotal leadership position within a growing organisation committed to delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for young people.In this role, you will lead and support Registered Managers, champion continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
