Regional Manager - Public Health & Wellbeing

Senior Manager - Regional Manager - Public Health, Community based integrated health & lifestyle services across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire. -Hybrid role.-

My client is a fast-growth private healthcare provider, looking for an experienced manager to oversee several teams delivering public health & wellbeing services in various community settings. -

You will oversee a number of specialist-teams, each with their own service manager, across-region Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire. The services include a range of integrated public health services-(wellbeing, weight management, lifestyle and behaviour change, smoking cessation-etc), which are reaching out into groups within the community who will greatly benefit from their services, addressing health inequalities and improving lives. -Their high-impact services are supporting both children and adults in the region.-

Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are key to this opportunity, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with partner organisations, commissioners, the local authorites and more.-

You will have a passion for the delivery of high quality services & influencing population health outcomes. The emphasis is on ensuring excellent levels of quality and governance, and you will be keen to further the develop and extend the-services being offered. Alongside maintaining quality you will be able to monitor performance data against KPIs and contractual targets, and proactively troubleshoot where required.-

You will have an ability to identify and develop leaders of the future, fostering a culture of empowerment and building a robust, high-performing group of services poised for ongoing expansion.
