Regional Manager - Block Management Location: Somerset/Gloucester Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Overview We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join a well-established, block management company. This will be to oversee a team of 5 Property Managers. You will also manage one key client. The Role As Regional Manager, you will: Oversee a team of 3 Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio Provide leadership, support, and development to your team Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business What We''re Looking For Proven experience in block/property management at a senior level Previous experience managing and developing a team Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance Ability to manage a large and varied portfolio A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and grow a business Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance to the office Package and Benefits Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Supportive, collaborative working environment Long-term career progression opportunities ..... full job details .....
