Regional Manager Location: South London Salary: £65,000-£75,000 We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a residential block management portfolio across South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader who is passionate about developing high-performing teams. You will provide strategic and operational oversight of a regional portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Working closely with senior leadership, you will coach and develop Property Managers, drive operational excellence, and make key commercial decisions across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop an established team of Property Managers, supporting career progression through regular 1-2-1s, mentoring and performance management. Oversee a regional portfolio of residential developments, ensuring legal, contractual and regulatory compliance across all sites. Provide strategic direction and operational leadership, making informed decisions on complex property management, building safety and resident issues. Ensure all developments comply with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Regulations and wider health and safety legislation. Manage complex developments with multi-schedule service charges, major works programmes, heat networks and complex MandE systems.
