Location: Midlands - Hybrid workingSalary: £ plus car allowance and bonusSummary: Regional Manager Director (Industrial Products - Branch Network) We are working with a growing SME that is entering an exciting period of expansion and is looking to appoint a commercially driven Country Manager to lead and develop the UK business. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with genuine responsibility for the end-to-end operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the UK strategy, opening new branches, growing revenue, and building the infrastructure required to support continued expansion. You will have responsibility across supply chain, sales, finance, marketing, property, and operations, working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver the company''s ambitious growth. We are looking for someone who is commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and highly hands-on. This isn''t a role for someone who wants to operate purely at board level, you''ll be expected to get involved, make decisions, solve problems, and drive the business forward.
