Regional Manager

Regional Manager We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager in Bristol to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy technical service centre, including a team of mobile service technicians and workshop staff. This is a hands-on management position suited to someone with a strong technical background in hydraulics, mechanical engineering, plant, vehicles, industrial maintenance or a similar environment. You will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing customer requirements, maintaining stock and equipment, and ensuring the centre operates safely, efficiently and commercially. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment where customer response times and minimising equipment downtime are critical. You will be responsible for leading and developing the team while also providing technical and operational support when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician, workshop supervisor, service manager, depot manager or engineering team leader looking to take the next step into a broader management role. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the Bristol service centre, including workshop activities, facilities, equipment and general presentation.
