Regional Manager

We are working in partnership with a well-established, family-run regional care provider to recruit a Group Manager for a newly created leadership position overseeing three of their care homes in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with over 20 years'' experience in the care sector and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This is a newly created Regional Manager position with responsibility for overseeing three care homes located within close proximity of each other. You will lead and support a team of experienced Home Managers, ensuring consistent high standards across all services while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring visibility across sites and active engagement with teams-not a remote or purely strategic position.
