Regional Maintenance ManagerPermanent 70,000 - 80,000 + Package3D Personnel are working with a growing multi-disciplined MandE contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to establish, develop and lead a new Maintenance and Facilities Management division.This is a senior role offering the opportunity to build a division from the ground up, supported by an established MandE business and a leading construction contractor.The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing the maintenance offering, securing new contracts, building a delivery team and ensuring the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a growing client base.This role would suit an experienced Maintenance, FM or Building Services professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a commercial mindset and an established network within the industry.The RoleAs Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the development and day-to-day leadership of the Maintenance division, including:Establishing and growing a regional MandE maintenance and FM operationDeveloping the division''s service offering across planned, preventative and reactive maintenanceGenerating new business and developing opportunities through your existing client and industry networkWorking closely with existing clients across the wider construction and MandE business to identify maintenance opportunitiesSecuring new maintenance contracts, ..... full job details .....
