As one of the UK''s leading logistics groups, we''re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across the region and help drive a high-performing, engaged workforce.Working closely with senior leaders and site management teams, you''ll play a pivotal role in delivering people initiatives, supporting organisational change, developing talent, and ensuring our people strategy aligns with business objectives.Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.Support the development of a high-performance culture that enables colleagues to thrive and achieve their potential.Lead and support people projects, business integrations and transformation programmes.Implement change management initiatives, including communications, training and colleague engagement activities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and wider Group.Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.Drive ..... full job details .....
