This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting multiple operational sites, where you ll drive business performance through a people-first, data-driven approach. As a trusted advisor to regional leadership, you ll partner closely with central HR teams and business stakeholders to align people initiatives with strategic objectives. Your remit will span the full employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on using HR data and analytics to inform decisions, influence leadership, and shape organisational capability. You ll also play a key role in managing and advising on complex employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness across the region.
