Regional HR Advisor

Field-based HR Advisor role We''re recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to support a leading multi-site automotive retail group across the North and Central England (12-month FTC, potential to extend). You''ll be the on-the-ground HR partner for retail dealership sites - owning a caseload of ER cases, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, and driving a consistent, commercial approach to people management. Based from home travelling to sites to support What you''ll do: • Manage ER casework: disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation • Business partner site managers, building coaching capability -building relationships • Travel to sites to provide ER, project and change support • Support performance management, succession planning and appraisals • Partner with Recruitment to keep vacancies filled What you''ll bring: • Strong ER and UK employment law knowledge • Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel • Confidence to build credibility at all levels • Automotive/dealership or multi-site retail background or similar sector On offer: great company car scheme, pension up to 7%, 22-26 days holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, EAP, and genuine investment in your development.
