This is a key role within our HR structure, providing in person, professional, consistent HR and ER support across multiple operational sites (headcount circa 650) during a period of integration and change. You''ll be a visible, trusted partner to site leadership teams in the northern region, balancing employee experience with operational and commercial needs while ensuring compliance and consistency across the region.This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The hours of work are 37.5 per week, 5 days per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, office hours.
