Regional health and social care trainer
In your role as a regional health and social care trainer, you will be expected to assess the training needs of employees and deliver face to face training and maintain training compliance in services across the south and southwest. Responsibility in this role is to delivering of training and maintaining training compliance across South and Southwest.We are recruiting a part time Regional Trainer for a 20hr working week at £17500 p.a. + £2500 car allowanceThe role will be to support our services in Cambourne, Braunton, Brixham, Torquay, Teignmouth, Bournemouth, Poole, Gloucester and Maidenhead organizing and delivering the practical classroom-based training in line with the Company''s training requirements e.g., Basic Life support, Fire Marshall, Moving and handling. Monitor training compliance in your region while supporting services, manager and, senior management Team to maintain compliance in face-to-face training and eLearning. Ensuring that all your training administration is kept up to date this includes the administration of the eLearning platform. Support managers in the development of Training Needs Analysis. Always maintain a 3-month training calendar to maintain training compliance in your region. Understands the needs of the business to ensure legal compliance and that training is organized and delivered cost effectively e.g. health and safety training.
