This role involves collaboration with senior leadership to ensure best practices and legal compliance.The key responsibilities include:Leading safety strategy and promoting a strong safety-first culture across all locationsConducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory complianceInvestigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actionsOverseeing transport safety standards, driver compliance, and fleet safety proceduresDeveloping safety training programmes and engaging with teams to enhance safety awarenessThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience managing health and safety within logistics, warehousing, or transport operationsSolid knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practicesStrong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skillsRelevant qualifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (additional safety memberships a plus)This is an excellent opportunity to ..... full job details .....
