This senior leadership role will drive the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality agenda across a large regional framework, helping to shape culture, performance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Regional Director and working closely with senior SHEQ leadership, you will provide strategic direction, lead a high-performing SHEQ team, and build strong relationships with clients, delivery partners and stakeholders. You will champion a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legislative and management system requirements, and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Key Requirements: Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary SHEQ teams within construction, utilities or a similar environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH).
