Job Title: Regional Head

Location: South Yorkshire, Rotherham

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours, 52 weeks)

Salary: -58,000 - -65,000 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)

Overview:

A Learning Centre are seeking a Regional Head to lead and inspire the SEN education provision across Rotherham and South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confident leadership in chairing governance and leadership meetings.
• Actively embed and promote our 2030 vision, purpose and values within teams and communities.
• Provide strong and supportive line management to the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Coordinator, SENDCo and Change Leader.
• Uphold the Headteacher Standards.
• Inspire staff and young people, motivating them to achieve their potential.
• Demonstrate the confidence to make difficult decisions.

Requirements:

• GCSE Grade 4 or C in Math''s and English
• QTS
• Degree of equivalent in higher education
• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) (or be willling to undergo)
• IOSH qualification in management
• Level 2 Child Protection Training
• Level 3 Child Protection Training
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience working with young people in education.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practice.
