Job DescriptionJob Title: Regional Head Location: South Yorkshire, RotherhamContract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours, 52 weeks)Salary: 58,000 - 65,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) Overview:A Learning Centre are seeking a Regional Head to lead and inspire the SEN education provision across Rotherham and South Yorkshire. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide confident leadership in chairing governance and leadership meetings.Actively embed and promote our 2030 vision, purpose and values within teams and communities.Provide strong and supportive line management to the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Coordinator, SENDCo and Change Leader.Uphold the Headteacher Standards.Inspire staff and young people, motivating them to achieve their potential.Demonstrate the confidence to make difficult decisions. Requirements:GCSE Grade 4 or C in Math''s and English QTS Degree of equivalent in higher education National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) (or be willling to undergo) IOSH qualification in management Level 2 Child Protection Training Level 3 Child Protection TrainingMinimum of 5 years leadership experience working with young people in education.
