This is a hands-on role working closely with both internal teams and 3PL partners. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the supply chain strategy for Upstream Logistics and keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Managing inbound shipments of raw materials, samples, and finished goods via air, sea, and road. Coordinating documentation, quotations, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Overseeing QC processes at the warehouse, supporting issue resolution, and monitoring KPIs. Managing stock putaway and storage procedures, including training warehouse teams. Supporting inventory management, including allocation across channels and accuracy of master data. Assisting with compliance and sustainability initiatives, tracking relevant KPIs. Contributing to planning and budgeting for upstream logistics operations.
