Regional General Manager

We are looking for a Regional General Manager to join our MandS Food sites in Bradford, Daventry and Milton Keynes. You will lead a portfolio of sites across our prestigious contract. This is a high-profile leadership role where you''ll provide strategic direction, governance and commercial oversight across multiple operations, working through experienced site General Managers and leadership teams. As the senior customer partner within the region, you''ll play a key role in shaping long-term strategy, driving operational excellence and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business performance at a regional level while leading a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. This is a full-time permanent role working predominately Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required.
