Regional FM Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional FM Manager (Hard FM)- to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing the delivery of hard FM services across a portfolio of retail sites throughout the Home Counties.

You''ll be responsible for leading a team of mobile engineers, ensuring statutory compliance, delivering exceptional service levels, and building strong client relationships across a multi-site portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a regional retail portfolio.
• Lead, develop and support a team of mobile engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure all compliance, health & safety and statutory obligations are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and financial performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors where required, ensuring quality and value for money.
• Support mobilisation activities, audits and contract growth opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience managing hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E building services.
• Experience leading engineering teams within a retail or commercial environment.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, PPM delivery and CAFM systems.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and performance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
