To work in conjunction with the National Sales Manager to provide input into the sales plans for the account by adding value and driving commercial development initiatives. Responsible for the execution of agreed regional plans and to achieve predetermined KPIs through the effective leadership of the regional sales plan.Bonus:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
KPI’s
To employ the appropriate team and talent to ensure continuous delivery of Red Bull regional sales plan.Achieve KPIs within the current regional Striker budget.Implement in-store interventions and collaborate with the National Sales Manager to revise the regional sales plan.Draw on personal knowledge, experience and best practice to exceed as an expert in your region.Prepare for and hold monthly meetings to ensure performance against all KPI’s.Execute league tables, case studies, additional incentives and newsletters to encourage healthy competition.
London Specific
Must reside in a patch within the M25 due to the nature of the role and potential last-minute client requests, client-facing DITs and visits to the Red Bull office.Strategic Client Management with advanced stakeholder engagement skills to manage key London-based accounts and drive partnerships with retail decision-makers and Red Bull leadership.High-Visibility Execution of flagship initiatives in high-footfall London retail locations, ensuring execution excellence.Agility and Responsiveness to rapidly changing market demands and client requests in a fast-paced London retail environment.Cross-Functional Leadership as liaison between field operations, Red Bull HQ, and marketing teams to pilot concepts and strategies for national roll-out.High-Level Reporting and Insight delivering insights and reporting for executive-level consumption, including market intelligence.Brand Ambassador duties at London events, launches, and industry forums.Premium Standards of Execution with regular auditing in flagship stores.Mentorship role for other Regional Managers due to seniority and complexity.Cultural Fluency and Diversity Awareness to tailor strategies for London’s diverse consumer base.
Regional Sales Plan
Lead and coach direct reports to achieve KPIs and SLAs.Track and adapt to market conditions to meet bonus/KPI criteria.Ensure alignment of the Red Bull and group strategy and objectives with the team.Coach, develop and train regional team to drive motivation and performance.Implement Development Plans for all team members based on KPIs, performance, and values.Manage vacancies to minimize coverage loss and create contingency plans.Host monthly team meetings and training sessions to drive performance and retention.Conduct field development days and audits to identify training needs.
Team Leadership
Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.Motivate the team to maximize their potential for themselves and Red Bull.
Stakeholder Management
Build key relationships within Red Bull as part of the regional contact plan.Attend regional reviews and business development meetings with Red Bull contacts when required.Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to understand Red Bull’s goals, challenges and budgets to foster sustainable partnerships.Develop relationships during Red Bull visits to identify opportunities for growth.Work with the National Sales Manager to develop regional operational plans to grow relationships, sales and talent pipeline.
Reporting / Insight / Evaluation
Drive outstanding performance through actionable regional insights.Analyse results and KPIs; adjust operational plans for improvements.Identify gaps and implement changes to drive revenue and contribution margin.Analyze data (Power BI) to provide actionable insight to the team for KPI achievement.Provide field insight to the National Sales Manager for future opportunities or challenges.
Communications
Attend meetings with the National Sales team to discuss regional performance and provide input.Contribute to company initiatives and clearly communicate group values to the team.Effectively communicate all group messages to the regional team and upward to the line manager.
New Business
Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.Participate in high-profile store visits with Red Bull and contribute to future opportunities.Provide regular written, verbal and electronic feedback to the line manager on opportunities.
Data Recording and Reporting
Regular analysis of regional performance and production of weekly and monthly reports.Ensure accuracy of data recording and reporting; coach the team to improve.
Compliance
Ensure Strikers complete retailer accreditation schemes and GDPR tests; understand retailer standards.
Technical
Ensure understanding of the 360 script and tablet operation to optimise data capture.Execute Rapid Response and Intervention values to drive team performance.
Financials
Control regional budgets, manage costs, and avoid overspending.Contribute to budget reconciliation and forecasting; own FAR for the account.
Administration
Validate field results and audits; maintain records for equipment and property.
Other Requirements
Follow company policies and safety regulations; complete mandatory training on time.
Person Specification
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact at all levels.Good organizational and planning skills; IT literate (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Team leadership and budgetary skills; ability to adapt regional plans; address performance issues; conflict management; problem solving; valid driving license.
