Regional Facilities Manager

Rugby / Home Based / Site Visits 48,000 - 50,000 + Bonus + Benefits A leading UK property investment company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 25-30 healthcare properties across the Midlands, East Anglia and Home Counties. This is a client-side Facilities Management role offering a high level of autonomy. You will manage your own regional portfolio, oversee external FM contractors, monitor compliance and build strong relationships with occupiers and internal property teams. The portfolio includes locations such as West Bromwich, Coventry, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Newark, Boston, Milton Keynes, Luton, Cambridgeshire, Norwich, Stowmarket and Felixstowe. Sites are generally visited quarterly, with visits planned and grouped efficiently. The role You will be responsible for the day-to-day FM performance of your portfolio, including: Managing hard and soft FM contractors, PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance Carrying out property inspections and managing remedial actions Building strong relationships with tenants, occupiers and stakeholders Monitoring FM expenditure, budgets and service delivery Supporting lifecycle works, minor projects and property improvement programmes You will work closely with Property Managers, Health and Safety specialists, consultants and external service providers to ensure properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
