Regional Facilities Manager

Regional Facilities Manager to join a leading logistics / supply chain business overseeing a portfolio of distribution centres across the South of England. You will be responsible for the delivery of a consistent approach to Facilities Management overseeing maintenance and CAPEX projects across the Estate.This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to sites. Key responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager:Carry out regular site inspections to determine key service, repairs and maintenance requirements. Ensure the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and operations.Work with key stakeholders to manage and develop a supply base across the facilities management category (service providers, suppliers, consultants etc)Manage and ensure health and safety / compliance across the estate of all planned and statutory maintenance works.Oversee contractor management, including performance as required.Identify cost saving initiatives across the EstateDelivery of CAPEX projects across the portfolioIdentify Energy saving / Sustainability initiatives Person SpecificationExperience managing FM for a multi site portfolio ideally within the logistics sectorNEBOSH General CertificateIWFM accreditation (desirable)Strong financial acumenExcellent knowledge of MandE servicesTrack record of delivering CAPEX projects Salary / Package 65,000 - 75,000Car / Car allowance25 days holidayPension contributionPrivate health insuranceAccess to corporate ..... full job details .....
