Regional Facilities Manager

Branta are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across the North East and Yorkshire. This is a key leadership role within a growing division, requiring strong commercial awareness, proven experience managing leases, and the ability to lead contractors and service partners to deliver high-quality facilities services. The successful candidate will take ownership of operational performance, compliance, and contractor management while supporting the strategic growth and development of the facilities management function. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across the North East and Yorkshire Ensure full compliance with statutory, health and safety, and lease obligations Manage landlord and tenant relationships, including lease compliance and service charge management Appoint, manage, and performance-monitor hard and soft FM contractors Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control within the division Support mobilisation of new properties and contracts as the division grows Drive service improvement initiatives and best practice across the portfolio Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and service partners Produce accurate reports on performance, compliance, and financials Support and mentor team members as the division expands Essential Requirements Proven experience in a ..... full job details .....
