Bidwells'' Investment and Property Management team are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our supportive, forward-thinking team in Oxford. Our successful hire will help deliver exceptional standards across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, working with prestigious clients including colleges, institutions and family trusts. This is a varied, hands-on role with real ownership of the day-to-day performance, compliance and smooth running of multiple commercial properties. We go beyond simply managing buildings, helping clients get the very best from their property investments through strong expertise and a proactive, service-led approach. No two days are the same as you work across properties, contractors, clients and internal teams to keep everything running safely and to a high standard. The role is primarily based across Oxford, with regular travel to other sites in the region, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
