Are you an experienced Estates or Facilities Manager looking for an opportunity where you can influence the future of an expanding organisation rather than simply maintain buildings?
Do you want to join a growing organisation where you''ll combine operational leadership with strategic estate planning whilst building a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that has grown significantly over recent years and continues to expand across the North of England. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the organisation is investing in a new regional estates structure, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estates professional to help shape how the function develops over the coming years.
This isn''t simply a maintenance management position. You''ll become a key member of the wider leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure multiple sites remain safe, compliant and well maintained whilst supporting future capital investment, estate development and long-term strategic planning.
Initially, you''ll oversee four specialist education sites across Cheshire, providing leadership to on-site estates teams, managing contractors, driving statutory compliance and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standards. As the organisation continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity for the role to evolve into a broader regional leadership position with increased strategic responsibility and career progression.
The role offers an excellent balance between operational and strategic responsibilities. Alongside overseeing day-to-day estates management, you''ll support the delivery of capital improvement projects, develop estate management plans, manage contractor performance and work alongside senior leadership to continually improve the estate across the region.
Unlike many regional estates roles, this position allows you to become embedded within the schools you support, building strong relationships with site teams and senior leaders while having the autonomy to make a genuine difference. The organisation has an excellent reputation for developing and promoting its people, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career alongside a business with ambitious expansion plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estates Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager, Hard FM Manager or Building Services Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role offering genuine career progression, excellent benefits and the chance to make a lasting impact.
