egional Engineering Supervisor Location: UK (with national travel) Role Purpose: The Regional Engineering Supervisor provides hands-on technical support, coaching, and compliance oversight across a number of allocated contracts. The role supports Mobile Engineers and Contract Managers to ensure the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) building services. Acting as a senior technical resource, the Supervisor focuses on operational support, problem solving, critical works coordination, and improving engineering standards across the region. Key Responsibilities: . 1. Technical Support and Guidance Provide day-to-day technical support to Mobile Engineers Offer on-site assistance for complex tasks, technical challenges, and troubleshooting. Verify quality and accuracy of engineering work delivered across assigned contracts. 2. Compliance and Engineering Governance: Conduct routine site audits to ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work Review engineering documentation such as risk assessments, permits, method statements, and switching schedules Support Contract Managers in preparing compliance documentation and reports. 3. Support with Critical Works Planning Sssist in planning, coordinating, and supervising critical engineering activities. Ensure engineers understand risk controls and follow approved procedures.
