About You

We''re looking for an exceptional leader who can demonstrate:

• Significant Regional Director or equivalent senior multi-site leadership experience.

• A background within supermarkets or large-scale convenience retail is essential.

• Accountability for a business with -300m+ turnover, leading large, complex retail operations.

• A proven track record of delivering commercial success through high-performing teams.

• The ability to inspire, influence and develop senior leaders while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
