As part of an exciting development in its leadership structure, the company is seeking an exceptional individual to lead its Northern regional business. This is a significant appointment, offering the opportunity to lead a substantial commercial operation, combining the autonomy and accountability of a business leader with the resources and support of an established national organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and joining the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will have genuine influence over regional performance, people development and the future direction of the wider business.
