Regional Director - MandE

The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Regional Director to join Hensall Group, a well-established Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) contractor, based at their Kirkham office in Lancashire. Reporting directly to the Chief Projects Officer, this senior leadership position carries significant operational and commercial responsibility, with full accountability for the successful delivery and financial performance of a portfolio of complex MandE projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong Electrical contracting background, extensive senior management experience and the commercial expertise to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive operational performance and maintain key client relationships. Key Responsibilities Regional Leadership: Provide senior leadership across the Kirkham operation, setting high standards for operational performance, accountability and team development. Portfolio Management: Take full accountability for the successful delivery of allocated MandE projects, from preconstruction and design through to procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and final account. Commercial Performance: Take ownership of project profitability, financial forecasting, cash flow, commercial risk, contractual obligations and recovery strategies. Strategic Oversight: Work directly with the Chief Projects Officer to review portfolio performance, resource requirements, operational risks and business priorities.
